I have been to many hotels in my life... I have to say that this Hotel was one of the best that I have stayed in. I was not too sure about the location (near a mall) before I selected it but I wanted to give it a try. I have to say that I'm very happy I did. The staff/breakfast/cleanliness/quite at night/ was exceptional. The staff reached out daily by text to make sure everything was great...And it was...thanks for such a wonderful stay while visiting family at Christmas. I will surely stay again!

Highly recommended for any purpose. The rooms are comfortable, cosy, and extremely clean. The shower was great. Very good area with many optional restaurants and nice shopping center. The service was extremely helpful. Breakfast is more than you can ask for and the free tea and coffee was very pleasant. I loved it! Extraordinary stay!

The hotel employees were great to us, including the manager the morning of our departure, who went above and beyond to fill requests for me. I am so thankful for her, though I'm sorry to say I don't recall her name.
